Here are five of our favorite places to learn how to keep your baby happy and healthy. Whether you are looking for the best prenatal classes for new moms or newborn care classes for first-time parents, these companies have you covered. Even better, they are all locally owned by women with a heart for expectant moms. They will take care of you!
Blissful Birthing TN offers a birthing class that prepares you to have a birth filled with bliss. It is video based and covers topics ranging from fear and safety to pain management to birth plans. It is a great way to learn how you and your partner can advocate for your birth choices during labor and birth.
